The aircraft for one person

Jetpack-wing Jet Man
Yves Rossi (Yves Rossy) - the Swiss pilot and the inventor known as Jet Man or FusionMan, is known for flights on a jet satchel wing (Jetpack) of own invention. This aircraft for one person is put on a back as the backpack, and allows to rise in air by means of jet draft. At first Yves Rossi studied as the engineer, and then became the pilot of the Swiss military and air forces. Now 55-year-old Rossi works as the civil pilot in Airbus S.A.S of Swiss International Air Lines airline, and does in the spare time the inventions.

Carbon fiber wings and 200 km \hour

intercontinental flight
Yves Rossi made the first successful flight with two jet engines on June 24, 2004. For Rossi's start rises by plane, the helicopter or a balloon, and for landing uses parachutes, except landing and spare, Yves Rossi's wing is equipped as well with own parachute which provides its soft landing in case there is a need to dump a wing. The professional pilot Rossi jumps out of the plane, having put on carbon fiber wings scope in two meters with four aviamodel jet engines. Flight with full gas station of a satchel (spaciousness to 30 liters of kerosene) proceeds 10 minutes during which the pilot can gather speed over 200 kilometers per hour.

First intercontinental flight

wings and 200 km \hour
The first intercontinental is weeded by Yves Rossi made on November 25, 2009. The route connected African Morocco to the European Spain. However attempt failed. Having overcome a third of a way it fell because of loss of orientation in clouds over the Strait of Gibraltar. Rossi fell in the sea, but remained thus whole and safe. Twice because of bad weather conditions Dzhetmen cancelled the flight over English Channel. On September 26, 2008 he jumped out of the plane from height of 2300 meters over Calais and with an average speed more than 200 kilometers per hour in ten minutes flew through English Channel to Dover where landed on a parachute. Flight over the deepest Grand Canyon in National park of Arizona on May 7, 2011. Rossi's device gathered speed to 300 kilometers per hour. In November, 2013 Yves Rossi nine times flew round a Japanese volcano Fujiyama.
